Technical Data
Binder: Portland cement ASTM C150, type I
Filler: Precisely graded crushed lime stone
Thickness: The first coat 5-10 mm, the second coat depending on the thickness required.
Priming
Area to be plastered should be sound and clean and all contaminants must be removed prior to the application of Techno P 07. Moisten the surface with clean water before applying plaster.
Method of Use
To ensure proper mixing, a mechanically powered mixer with suitable paddle should be used to mix 1.2 liters of techno bond AC with 6 liter of clean water then add 30 kg powder Techno P 07, mixing time should be continued until uniform consistency is obtained.
Application in 2 Layers
Spread product mixture on the surface and applied by trowel by 5 mm – 10 mm thickness or 2 layers depending on the thickness required.
If the second layer is applied on next day, the first layer has to be cured.
After 4 hours @ 25°C the finish coat requires the indented trowel to harden the worked surface.
Yield:
1.5m²/30kg by thickness 10 mm.
Curing:
Applied product should be allowed to cure naturally at room temperature for at least 24 hours. The plaster must be cured by water spray once every 12 hours, thereafter for at least the next 2 days and longer in hot and dry conditions.
Shelf Life:
Techno P 07 is 12 month @ 2°C – 40°C in dry and shared area.
Packing:
Techno P 07 is available in 30 kg bags.
Fire:
Techno P 07 is non flammable
Health and Safety:
Techno P 07 may cause irritation to skin or eyes. In case of accidental with eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water at least 10 minutes and seek medical advice if necessary.
