Marble Chips Plaster

Introduction:

One component, ready to use, trowel applied, cementations plaster cladding, it can be used for interior as well as exterior surfaces with marble chips and different colors.

Properties:

• Easy to apply,  Water proof.
• Shrinkage controlled polymer modified.
• Excellent adhesion to concrete.
• Compatible with other types of coatings.
• Cost effective.
• Suitable for internal and external application.

Priming:

Area to be plastered should be soaked with clean water before applying the plaster.

Method of use:

To ensure proper mixing, a mechanically powered mixer with suitable paddle should be used to mix 6 liter of clean water with 20kg powder, mixing time should be continued until uniform consistency is obtained. Spread product mixture on the surface and the applied by trowel by 5mm – 12mm thickness. Adhere the marble chips to the surface by hand and then press it with a trowel.

Yield:

1.75 m²/20kg by thickness 7mm.

Curing:

Add water after tow days to the mix applied. Applied product should be allowed to cure naturally at room temperature for at least 24 hour.

Shelf life:

Techno P 12 is 12 month @ 2°C-40°C in dry and shaded area.

Fire:

Techno P 12 non flammable.

Cautions:

Techno P 12 may cause irritation to skin or eyes. In case of accidental with eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water at least 10 minutes and seek medical advice if necessary.
